Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly — you'll get immediate access to the new tier's features. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period, so you keep your current features until then.

What happens if I hit my competitor limit?

You'll see an upgrade prompt. Existing competitors keep working — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some. No data loss ever.
